What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and
the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s
stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective
legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender
make-up of the population)?
This is disgusting, the gender make up has
nothing to do with public service. It should be done on who is best
for the job not what body parts you have. The very essence of
discrimination.
What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential
sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?
No use for any "new roles" whatsoever. Where's
the men's ministers oh haven't got one so why do we need one for
women that is also discriminate.

Discrimination. Reverse discrimination is
still discrimination please see the convention on human rights ALL
humans.
